We specialise in manufacturing various kinds of metal cores which applied in rubber track of excavators,material is carbon steel 45#,alloy steel 40Cr and 42CrMo, max hardness we can reach is 48HRC, and now we have 11 forging production lines with 3 heat treatment lines,the max press is 2500 ton which can forge 20kg metal core and minimum press is 400 ton which can forge 0.15kg metal core.
