3000kN/7500kNm super large forging machine development project is from 2010. Under the support of national science and technology major fund, it is led by the Xi'an Heavy Machinery Research Institute (former Xi'an Heavy Machinery Research Institute) located in the East Second Ring of Xi'an City, and Jiangsu Guoguang Heavy-Duty Machinery Co., Ltd., Yanshan University, Xi'an Jiao Tong University and Chongqing big The study of 5 units has been completed for several years. Large forgings play an important role in national strategic industries such as nuclear power, thermal power, hydropower, aerospace, defense, military and naval vessels. In the previous years, China has built a number of ten thousand ton free forging press, but because there is no large forging machine matching with it, there is no control control and energy saving conditions, the production efficiency is low, the energy consumption is large, the yield is low and the product quality is difficult to guarantee, which leads to the manufacturing and manufacturing process of large and complex forgings. It is lagging behind the advanced international level. The cost of importing large forging manipulators is too high, and hundreds of millions of yuan per unit. The successful development of the equipment has led to the leapfrog development of domestic forging equipment and the low price 30%~50% of foreign suppliers. It is of great significance to improve the national comprehensive strength and enhance the national defense strength.
In January of this year, the project won the first prize of science and technology of China Machinery Industry Group 2016 and authorized 30 patents.
