The speed regulating hammer is a small die forging with a single weight of <0.2kg (see Figure 1). The parts are made of two materials: alloy steel 12CrNi3A~high temperature alloy GH4080A, and the die forging forming methods are obviously different. 12CrNi3A steel has few constraining conditions for die forging, and the die forging process is better. It is suitable for one die for multiple forging, reverse die forging, continuous multiple forging and multiple forging. When one die is used for multiple forgings, one material for two or one material for three forgings can be realized; or when one die is forged and then one die is used for multiple forgings, one material for four forgings or one material for six forgings can be realized. The superalloy GH4080A die forging has many constraints, such as low plasticity, high deformation resistance, strong adhesion, strong sensitivity to heating rate, narrow forging temperature range, strict requirements on forging temperature, low thermal conductivity, and high resistance to strain rate. Strong sensitivity to stress state, obvious cold hardening tendency, high recrystallization temperature and slow speed, wide critical deformation range and no allotropic transformation during heating and die forging, etc., the die forging process is extremely poor , it is not suitable for multiple forging with one die, reversing die forging, continuous multiple forging, composite die forging and multi-piece forging, etc., but only suitable for one material and one forging.
